• The Vineries, Brighton – 52 new-build retirement homes
• Andover – 60 apartments, new-build
• Fullwell Green, Aigbirth, Liverpool – 100 new-build houses
• Highview, Walsall – 38 new-build flats
• Oxford – refurbishment of 96 flats
• Lyon Court, Hitchin - 28,000 sq. ft. office building
• Batsons and Regents Wharf - 4 and 6 acre development sites in the Isle of Dogs for residential development, sold on
• Middlesex & Herts Country Club, Stanmore, Middlesex – gained planning for residential and sold
• Gainsborough Studios, New North Road, Islington – site acquired unconditionally, planning received for mixed residential, low-cost housing and offices and subsequently sold
• HMS Ganges, Ipswich - planning permission for 300 homes and commercial
• Bow Common Lane London – achieved planning for 159 residential units and 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, sold with the benefit of planning
• Upper Clapton Road – gained planning for 92 residential units and 20,000 sq. ft. of light industrial space, sold with the benefit of planning
• Malvern Road NW6 - planning gained for 8 apartments, sold with benefit of planning

• 88 / 89 High Holborn, WC1 – 155,000 sq. ft. office building acquired for £15 million, December 1999 for development into either offices or residential with part retail use, subsequently sold in July 2001 to Olswangs, a leading law firm, for their own occupation, price achieved £22.75 million
• Cubitt Wharf, Isle of Dogs - planning gained for 30 apartments in warehouse conversion, building works complete and all sold
• Old Bell Gate, Isle of Dogs – planning gained for 60 apartments, developed and sold
• Former Tate & Lyle Works, West India, Millwall E14 - site sold to house builder
• Hampden Gurney, Harrowby Street, W1 - 52 new-build apartments in Marble Arch, award winning design built within school grounds
• Trafalgar Point, South Gate Road N1 – 37 new-build apartments and one commercial unit, all developed and sold
• Redfield Lane, Kensington – conversion of office to 3 flats and an office, all built and sold
• Lea Bridge Road – planning gained for 30 units and a crèche, sold on to HA, built out for them and completed
• Orsman Road – funded development of 9 apartments and 2 commercial units in Hoxton
• Granville Chambers, Wellingborough – gained permitted Development to convert to residential, 16 apartments and two commercial units, all sold
• 73 - 76, Strand, WC2 - conversion of offices to a 100 room Hotel / serviced apartment block
